Tell Your Story is a one day media and story-telling event that took place in Nakuru at The Galaxariam Art Hive. Attendees shared thoughts on what makes a good story, whether it be in music, visual arts, or literature. The different sessions were recorded, and it also included performances from Ben Karimi, a local indie artist.

My Indie Valentine

My Indie Valentine is an event that was held on the 17th of Feb 2024. It brought together families, couples, and friends to celebrate Valentine’s. There was a ton of games for children and adults. And as always, local indie artists performed for the attendees. Some of the people stayed behind to camp and we had a great bonfire chat, including a podcast touching on a few sensitive topics such as GBV and femicide. Our event partner, Tribeless Youth, provided great resources and educated people on what they need to know about some of these topics.

Indie by The Lake

Indie by the Lake was an event held at Duara Flamingo Camp, Elementaita. It was a day full of fun games for kids and adults. Attendees also got a chance to listen to local indie artists and share food and drinks overlooking Lake Elementaita.
